Make smarter technology decisions
Choosing, building or fixing software is expensive to get wrong. We help you work out what your business actually needs, compare the options honestly and plan a route that fits your budget.
Why outside advice pays for itself
Many businesses run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, subscriptions and older systems that no longer talk to each other. Staff re-type the same data, reports take days and nobody is sure which tool holds the truth.
We look at how work really flows through your business, then recommend the simplest fix: sometimes a better-configured tool you already pay for, sometimes an off-the-shelf product, and sometimes custom software. You get advice that is independent of any vendor.
Especially useful for
- Owners planning a new app, portal or internal system
- Teams outgrowing spreadsheets and manual processes
- Companies stuck with slow, unreliable or costly software
- Anyone who needs a second opinion before signing a quote

Consulting questions
Do I have to use you to build what you recommend?
No. Our advice is yours to use however you like. Many clients take our plan to their own developers; others ask us to build it. Either way the recommendation stays independent.
How long does a consulting engagement take?
A focused audit or project scope usually takes one to three weeks. Ongoing advisory support can be arranged monthly.
Are you tied to particular software vendors?
No. We do not earn commissions on the products we recommend, so our only interest is finding what works best for you.
